Two worlds, one approach
I've sat on both sides of the table. That's why I know exactly where the conversation stalls, and how to get it moving again.
I started on the business side, marketing, commerce, customer experience. At organisations like The Entertainment Group, Loyalty Rockstars, and eventually as co-founder of Punch Media, I learned how digital channels work when you approach them from the customer's perspective.
But I kept noticing that the real obstacles were technical. Systems that didn't talk to each other. Platforms that didn't deliver on their promise. Data stuck in silos somewhere.
So I set out to understand that world too, from the inside. In recent years I've been working as Principal Architect at the intersection of both worlds. Not as a technologist who understands business, but as someone who speaks both languages, and knows when to use which.
Does this sound familiar?
Let's talk.
A 30-minute conversation. I listen, ask the right questions and tell you honestly whether I am the right person to move you forward.
